Shipping

**Not shipping to Canada due to strike**

Processing time is about 1-5 business days. After order is processed and shipped, it should be delivered within a week for US, and about 3-4 weeks for International.

Once your order is dropped off at the post office, I(the seller) am not responsible for any damages and/or stolen/missing packages.

If you purchase a made to order item with ready to ship stuff, please note that your entire order won't ship until the made to order item is ready.

Packages are shipped with USPS, and have tracking.

If the shipping address given is invalid(i.e. does not exist, misspelling), I will send you an email about correcting it. If you don't respond after a week of contact, I will cancel the order.

If package is returned to sender for any issue and/or wrong address is given, buyer is responsible for the reshipment costs. Please note that it can take about a month for the package to be returned back to me. I can only resend packages if they are returned.

I(the seller) am not responsible if the package is sent to the wrong address, especially if it was the customer that provided the information.

FOR US SHIPPING: If you have multiple open orders with the same address & processing time, I will ship them in one package and refund the excess shipping amount.

If you only purchase stickers, there should be a shipping option for First Class Mail Stamp which is cheaper & has no tracking. If you want to track your sticker order, then choose Ground Advantage which is a higher cost. Please note that the tracking status might only update when it's delivered.

If you have not received your item(s) within 3 weeks and the tracking states that it wasn't delivered, please ask your local delivery person, post office, and USPS. If they are unable to help, please contact me.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Prices are in USD. Customers are responsible for customs fees/taxes/VAT/duties. If you have not received your item(s) within 6 weeks and the tracking states that it wasn't delivered, please ask your local delivery person, post office, and USPS. If they are unable to help, please contact me.

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations

I do not accept returns/exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me. Cancellations can only be made if done within an hour of purchasing. Please only order if you are absolutely sure that you want to make a purchase.

Handmade items are delicate, and should be handled with care.

I don't offer repairs/replacements.

Other Questions

Will you be making more of [insert design]?

I don't like responding to messages/emails asking me this. All you need to know is that I prefer making different designs for every drop, but I try my best to restock popular items. I only like to do limited batches.

When will you restock?

I try to restock every other week, but I don't have a set schedule. I don't reply to messages asking me this.

Do you take pre-orders?

No. All items are first come, first serve when listings go live.

Do you do custom orders/commissions?

At this time, nope. Please don't ask me for special requests as I cannot accommodate them.

Can I copy your designs and sell them?

No. If you want to sell art, make your own designs; don't copy other artists' work for profit. Even though I create fan art, I stylize them in my own way; I capture their likeliness, but never copy them exactly.

Are your freebie stickers waterproof?

Nope! Use them to decorate notebooks, journals, kindles, and any other dry surfaces.

Are your clay keychains waterproof?

They are water-resistant, but try your best to keep them dry & don't submerge in water.
